To ensure your package is delivered correctly and received within our published times, please ensure your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant required information. Using the correct address and zip code and routing information (if applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery.
We can ship anywhere in the world. Usually we ship by FedEx, USPS. As always, it takes 7-10 business days after we ship. We do strict quality control on your shoes before shipping and make sure they are packed correctly before shipping. If in stock, most of our orders can be shipped within 48 hours.
3-5 days after placing your order, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. Please provide a real and valid email address, we will update your package information by email.
If your order contains multiple items and one (or more) of them is out of stock: We will continue to ship the rest of your order, or we will issue a refund to your original payment method because the item is out of stock . If you have placed an order and would like to cancel, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. However, if your order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it. Thank you for your understanding. If you do not receive your tracking number within 7 days of placing your order, the email may be classified as spam. In this case, please contact us.
RETURN POLICY

If you need to apply for a return, please contact our customer service, inform the reason for the return, and provide relevant videos and photos to obtain the delivery address. Return Guarantees:
1. Items can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 15 days of receipt.
2. For pre-delivery orders, you can contact customer service in time to obtain a timely refund. If it is a credit card, it is expected to receive a bank refund within 7-15 days. If it is Paypal, the refund will usually be received on the same day.
3. For orders after delivery, we will exchange or refund after confirming that the shoes meet the following conditions. Below Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 15 days.
Returns Process & Time-Frame:
Please contact us and provide relevant videos and photos.Order number,Product name and Reason for return. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) along with our return address. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 3 days.
Kindly allow between 2-5 business days for our after sales team to process your request. After this, please note the refund times below: 
For credit card refunds, please allow between 2-3 business days for the transaction to process. Usually, it will be arrive your bank account around 7 - 15 days.
For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.
